We are working with a professional services business in Guernsey to onboard an Administrator to their Corporate Trustee and Client Relationship team.

You will assist the wider team with various tasks relating to a complex portfolio of high-value, blue chip clients, covering the spectrum of the business unit’s service lines in International Pension Plans, Savings Plans, QROPS, and EFRBS.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the administration and monitoring of a varied client portfolio within agreed timescales, ensuring timely and effective client care
  • Assisting with the billing and cash collection / debtors process, have a general awareness of recoverability and work efficiently to minimize write-offs
  • Responding to / investigating client queries, document trustee decision making, assisting with the updating of fee proposals for existing clients
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are followed and ensure existing clients are retained

The successful candidate will undergo training and development to support the Client Relationship Manager in developing existing and potential relationships.

You’ll be a team player with good communication skills, who will liaise with other teams within the division / company on a regular basis regarding client issues.
