Step into a role with one of our key clients in their Jersey office where you’ll play an important part in delivering high-quality administration services to a varied portfolio across corporate and fiduciary structures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide accurate day-to-day administration for a diverse client portfolio
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong, positive relationships
  • Prioritise workloads, meet key deadlines and support smooth operational processes
  • Assist with client onboarding and contribute to ongoing service delivery

You’ll bring proven administration experience, great communication skills and a genuine desire to succeed within financial services. You should also be studying toward a STEP, CGI or similar qualification, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive, flexible approach is also key, along with strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage a busy workload.
