A global accountancy firm is looking for an Assistant Administrator to join their Private Client Services department in Jersey.

By joining a dedicated and progressive team, you will assist and provide comprehensive administration services to the company’s international client base and their structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administration of a client portfolio, comprised of Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnership
  • Undertaking bookkeeping to maintain accurate accounting records
  • Maintaining an accurate statutory database of your team’s client portfolio
  • Drafting written instructions and on-line payments for distributions, dividends, professional fees etc

You will have a strong academic background long with a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
