Our client is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a team in Executive Compensation services, providing expert client support while mentoring and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Leading client transactions, liaising with advisors and business partners
  • Mentoring and developing team members, assisting with training and appraisals
  • Proactively taking on additional responsibilities to enhance team knowledge
