Assistant Manager, Global Compliance Services
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Risk & Compliance team at Mourant. Based in Jersey, Guernsey, or the UK, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with legal, regulatory, or compliance experience to help shape and maintain global policies across financial crime, data protection, and wider regulatory compliance.
This role sits at the heart of our global compliance operations and offers significant exposure to international regulation, plus collaboration with teams across Legal, Governance, Finance, HR, and more.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the development and ongoing enhancement of global compliance policies and procedures
Partnering with Business Services and Risk teams to ensure cohesive, organisation-wide regulatory alignment
Participating in testing of policy controls as part of the Compliance Monitoring Programme
Responding to stakeholder queries and contributing to compliance reporting and insights
