Assistant Manager – Market Regulation

A well-established and internationally recognised financial markets organisation is seeking an Assistant Manager – Market Regulation to join its regulatory team based in Guernsey.

This role plays a key part in the day-to-day supervision of a leading international exchange, combining regulatory oversight, stakeholder engagement and operational leadership within a fast-growing capital markets environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading day-to-day market regulation activities, including risk-based monitoring and supervision of listed issuers and members
• Planning and conducting onsite supervisory visits, preparing findings and escalating matters where appropriate
• Driving operational efficiencies, process improvements and effective capacity planning within the team
• Building strong relationships with members, regulators and internal stakeholders to support compliance and information sharing
