We are seeking an Assistant Trust Manager with experience as a Senior Trust Officer/Administrator for our independent fiduciary services client

You will administer a portfolio of clients and possess additional technical knowledge and basic level line management experience.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Advise and liaise with Administrators and Senior Administrators on all day-to-day matters coming within the scope of their daily duties
  • Advise and liaise with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners on points of interest or concern in connection with technical issues, staff relationships, working practices etc.
  • Assist with group organisation and control of workflows – such as listing and monitoring the work to be done regarding preparation of annual accounts and associated deadlines,
  • Monitor and assist Administrators, Officers and Senior Officers with a view to seeing that these members of staff are always fully and gainfully occupied

The ideal candidate will have excellent time and organizational skills,and strong IT skills. 

If you have a good knowledge of company secretarial, compliance, and anti-money laundering practice.and a professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, ACCA, ACA, or trust and company administration experience this is the job for you.
