Associate Director – Client Solutions Delivery

Firstcall is working with a leading corporate and fund services firm that is looking to onboard a Client Solutions Delivery Associate Director

You will be providing leadership, management and support to several teams and will ensure that they work together in a collaborative, risk managed and commercial manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop long-term plans and strategies for departmental success, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and proactive delivery of services in accordance with relevant agreements, procedures, and regulations.
• Manage risks and implement mechanisms to reduce or mitigate exposure within the department.
• Stay informed about industry issues and their potential impact on clients and internal procedures.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant – additional professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA would be an advantage – excellent people management skills and experience, plus a solid understanding of the business and markets as well and a desire for personal development to achieve success
