Associate Director of Compliance & Risk

Firstcall is working with an independent pension and trust firm who is looking to bring onboard an Associate Director of Compliance & Risk to their Guernsey office.

You will be involved in a wide array of compliance matters including performing compliance monitoring program and processing Suspicious Transaction Reports. 

• Overseeing and approving compliance cases with varying risk levels and undertaking Compliance Monitoring Program
• Coordinating and managing the PEP Committee and outsourced functions
• Maintaining and updating compliance records, registers and data
• Ensuring timely and accurate filing of regulatory returns and complaints resolution and playing a key role in undertaking risk mitigation projects when needed

You’ll be a qualified and experienced compliance professional with excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills. You will be able to handle complex issues, exercise sound judgement, work with and educate all levels of the business, and lead a successful team.
