Associate Director OR Senior Trust Manager

Are you a senior trust professional with client relationship management experience eager for a leadership position within a fast paced environment.

Our client – an owner-managed financial services group – is seeking a Senior Trust Manager/Associate Director to lead one of their private client administration teams in Guernsey

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a Senior Client Relationship Manager for a number of complex/significant clients, conducting client relationship meetings and implementing new processes and procedures affecting these relationships
• Assisting with the development of the fiduciary offerings of the business and the marketing efforts though recognition and sourcing potential introducers of work
• Providing support and guidance to a team of administrators, suggesting change as required, completing performance and objective reviews and reviewing the team’s recruitment needs.
• Assisting with measures to reduce errors, breaches and complaints being made within the Trust Department 

You should have a comprehensive and proven track record in offshore fiduciary services and client relationship management, together with a relevant professional qualification (ie STEP, CGI, or equivalent) and knowledge of marketing and business development initiatives.
