Associate Director – Private Clients

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Manager or Associate Director with a strong private client background to join a successful Private Client team in Jersey.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in Trusts Structures to lead and mentor a talented team and contribute to both individual and team success.

Our client is open to providing opportunities for the right candidate requiring a permit switch or a permit to work in Jersey

Responsibilities include

• Contribute to the development of regulatory, compliance, and risk management policies and procedures
• Oversee client portfolios, providing advice and collaborating with the team
• Act as a director or alternate director of client companies, conduct client and board meetings
• Provide guidance and development to team members and manage their performance to help achieve business plan goals

You should be a team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills together with the ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions.
