Associate Director – Private Equity

A thriving independent fund business are looking for an Associate Director to join their Private Equity team.

Based in Jersey, this position offers an opportunity to lead and develop the Private Equity fund services customer proposition.

You will sit as a member of the leadership team, work closely with the Head of Division and contribute to the growth plans, their development and delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic business plans to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.
• Performance management and leadership.
• Participating in client fee quotes and negotiations.
• Presenting regular financial and service level information to client board meetings.

This role will provide you with a great platform to bring together your technical knowledge, leadership skills and abilities to formulate and implement business strategy.
