Are you well versed in funds, oversight and AIFMD? We are working to assist our client in hiring a senior member of staff to join their Guernsey team and are open to On Island or Overseas Professionals. 

Joining a highly experienced team, you will be operating in an Associate Director / Senior Manager role where you’ll be undertaking independent reviews of portfolios, utilising risk management expertise and facilitating in fund management solutions provided to the organisation’s clients.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Risk Management and Management / AIFM reports and preparing and presenting board reports 
  • Responsibility for client relationships, communicaton with investment advisors, investment managers and boards 
  • Compliance; reviewing of fund documents in line with regulations/rules and/or fund restrictions and signing off key investor information documents
  • Overseeing service provider oversight visits, signing off the preparation of fund fact sheets

This is a small, close working team with a significant operation working on very interesting work and operating in a manner which sees them being very nimble and able to act on opportunities.
