Business Controls Senior Manager – Global Operations

We have an exciting new opportunity with an award-winning law firm for a Business Controls Senior Manager in Guernsey OR Jersey.

You will work closely with the Head of the Business Controls Team on the development and maintenance of a global framework of policies, procedures, and processes.

Responsibilities include

• Review, update, and develop policies and procedures for the business in each operating jurisdiction
• Ensure compliance with governance processes for policy and procedure approval
• Support and lead projects to develop new services in reaction to client opportunities and regulatory change
• Analyse and map new legal and regulatory requirements to secure compliance culture

You should have significant experience in an Accounting, Operational or Governance type role supported by a relevant qualification, a proven track record of client service delivery, together with excellent technical knowledge in respect of drafting policies and procedures
