Our highly regarded Guernsey financial services client is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to support and enhance their NavOne and MI capabilities across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Cayman and Bahamas.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining MI and reporting solutions using Power BI, SSRS, Alteryx, and more

  • Acting as NavOne Subject Matter Expert, supporting global teams with reporting and regulatory data

  • Leading or contribute to projects enhancing system functionality, workflows, and reporting tools

  • Providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and occasional training on reporting platforms

You’ll need solid experience in BI tools and data workflows, plus hands-on knowledge of NavOne (or similar CRM / MS Dynamics platforms).
