Client File Reviewer

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Client File Reviewer to join the compliance team of a small but growing independent trust business in Guernsey.

You will be responsible for reviewing client files to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies

 Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough periodic and ongoing reviews of client files and identify and document any discrepancies or areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all client documentation, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, are complete and accurate.
• Prepare detailed reports on file reviews, summarising findings and suggesting improvements.
• Work closely with client facing teams and other departments to resolve compliance issues and enhance client service.

You will have experience in a compliance, trust and company administration, auditing, or file review role within the trust or financial services sector together with an understanding of local trusts and fiduciary services regulations.
