Client Relationship Manager (Private Credit)

A leading financial services provider, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their growing Private Credit team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fund or corporate administration professional to take on a leadership role within an innovative and people‑focused organisation.

This role centres on managing a portfolio of clients, leading a team and ensuring operational excellence across private credit structures. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while driving high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, overseeing fund and corporate administration activities.
• Leading, coaching and developing a team, fostering a positive culture and ensuring high performance.
• Managing client onboarding, transactional work, reporting, payments, and regulatory oversight, ensuring all internal controls and procedures are followed.
• Supporting process improvement initiatives and contributing to broader team and business strategy.

You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues together with experience supervising or managing a team, with a collaborative and motivating leadership style.
