Client Relationship Manager

We are working with a provider of seamless legal, fiduciary and fund administration services to onboard a Client Relationship Manager to its Guernsey Office.

You will be responsible for managing a key client portfolio, developing client relationships, maintaining satisfaction and developing a team to ensure high levels of client engagement at all times. 

  • Developing a detailed and in-depth understanding of the client’s business strategy, products & services and internal challenges
  • Identifying any value add / cross selling opportunities for the fund’s services and communicating  them at business meetings
  • Serving as the primary interface between client and the company, assisting clients and employees 
  • Ensuring high risk incidents are reported / logged on Salesforce, acting as director / alternate director to client boards as required

The successful candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and significant experience in the fund industry.

You will have technical financial services knowledge, people management experience and prior experience of running large/multiple client relationships.
