A leading offshore law firm is seeking Client Services Administrators to join their ambitious Governance Services team in Guernsey.

You’ll play a key role in providing a wide range of administration services to a high quality and diverse portfolio of clients in the provision of corporate and fiduciary services. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-going administration support to the team for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients
  • Ensuring client expectations are properly managed, valuable relationships are nurtured and transactions are conducted effectively and to a high standard
  • Assisting with the effective administration of workload to include timely and accurate processing of work
  • Effectively prioritising, meeting transactional, statutory and internal procedural deadlines and managing WIP and debt collection.

You’ll have a strong academic background and be fully / part professionally STEP or ICSA  qualified, with relevant corporate administration experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software.
