We are working with a client who have a hybrid team that focus on the delivery of client solutions where you will be responsible for the leadership, coaching and delegation.

Areas of support provided by this team include: New business take-on / client on-boarding, FATCA/CRS, risk reviews, company secretarial support and projects.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing management and control for your team including monitoring performance, resolving challenges and assisting with technical issues
  • You will delegate day to day team activities to your Assistant Manager ensuring all administration tasks are completed and assisting with staff development and mentoring
  • Designing and executing monitoring and quality assurance procedures and ensuring good communication ethos between management and team members
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients 

Your skill-set in leadership, forward planning and collaborative working will be influential in this role. Sound technical understanding for client-take on / on-boarding will also be another key component of your expertise.
