Co Sec – Senior Manager up to Director

Firstcall is working closely with a reputable fund and corporate services provider with a senior leadership position available.

You’ll bring with you strong knowledge of the Guernsey funds market, board experience and excellent company secretarial and corporate governance expertise. 

Whether you are looking for a Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director level role, we have the opportunity to discuss all levels dependent on your profile.

• You will be responsible for ensuring all activities undertaken meet regulatory requirements
• Drafting company materials including announcements and statutory filings when necessary
• You will keep abreast of any changes in legislation and the regulatory environment and act if necessary
• Adhering to risk & compliance procedures as it relates to regulatory requirements and AML legislation

You will be someone who has dependable experience working within funds and outstanding technical knowledge of fund structures as well as the listing rules of stock exchanges.

The individual will be professional qualified (ICSA) or pursuing the designation with a preference for Associate status (ACIS).
