Our Guernsey client is looking for a detail-focused professional to deliver high-quality company secretarial services for a diverse portfolio of client companies.
This is a statutory role with real impact; no minute-taking here! Instead, you’ll be at the heart of regulatory filings and core governance tasks that keep client companies compliant and running smoothly.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing Guernsey Registry filings, incorporations, annual validations, and beneficial ownership registers
Maintaining company secretarial records and core data systems, including statutory registers
Supporting Relationship Managers with incorporations, liquidations, and day-to-day company matters
Overseeing timely completion of tax filings, economic substance reporting, and regulatory updates
You’ll be someone with a couple years experience in company secretarial work within financial services, ideally with ICSA or STEP qualifications. This role suits someone proactive, organised, and keen to stay ahead of changing regulations while delivering a seamless client experience.
