Join a dynamic compliance team of one of Guernsey’s highly experienced independent providers of international financial services.

As a Compliance Administrator and Project Coordinator you will be responsible for driving compliance-led projects and providing essential administrative support to ensure legal, regulatory, and company standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of ad-hoc compliance projects and drive them from start to finish
  • Understand and adhere to local legislation, internal policies, and procedures
  • Provide support to the Compliance Team in various administrative tasks such as periodic reviews, customer risk assessments, and monitoring compliance mailbox
  • Assist Compliance Director with administrative duties including updating policy versions and general filing tasks

You will have experience in both Trust Administration and Compliance together with excellent time and organisational skills, superb analytical skills and communication skills
