Compliance Monitoring & Assurance Officer

Are you detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about compliance?

This is a fantastic opportunity as Compliance Monitoring & Assurance Officer to play a key role in maintaining regulatory integrity and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Joining their Guernsey office, you’ll work across departments to monitor, analyse, and enhance internal compliance procedures; keeping the firm ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting internal audits, KYC / AML checks, and compliance process reviews

• Analysing data and stakeholder input to drive risk mitigation and technical resolutions

• Reviewing and maintain policy documentation, training material, and procedure compliance

• Collaborating with third-party providers and internal teams on key compliance initiatives

You’ll bring at least 12 months’ experience in AML, risk, or compliance, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. A background in regulated industries or tech-led businesses is a bonus.
