Compliance Monitoring Officer (6 months)

A reputable financial services firm in Guernsey is looking to recruit a Temporary Compliance Monitoring Officer to join their busy compliance team.

This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure in the compliance space and develop hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

This role will focus on assisting with AML reviews, sanctions screening, and general compliance monitoring activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Compliance Team Leader with AML reviews and general testing
• Carrying out sanctions screening of new clients and regular ongoing checks
• Completing tasks as outlined in the Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP)
• Managing compliance inboxes and updating internal registers accordingly

You will have strong organisational and time management skills together with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
