Compliance Officer

Do you have a Compliance qualification and can demonstrate 3+ years experience within the banking, fund or trust industry?

Our client, a Guernsey-based financial institution is currently looking for a Compliance Officer to join its expanding team

You will be initially focussing on the company compliance monitoring programme and provide general assistance to the wider compliance team

Responsibilities include:

• Provide compliance and financial crime support, advice and guidance to the business
• Assist in ensuring that all regulatory notices are analysed and distributed
• Help and provide guidance to the On-boarding Team and undertake final sign-off
• Represent Compliance at internal meetings

This opportunity allows you to have a long-term career at the firm while gaining personal growth and development. It requires a willingness to study for relevant qualifications as applicable and to travel to the Jersey branch as needed.

The ideal candidate will  have a graduate education level and / or hold an ICA qualification along with a strong awareness of the GFSC framework.
