Compliance Officer MLRO and Deputy MLRO

Do you have considerable compliance experience within a fiduciary business?

A well respected and leading international provider of financial services is seeking a Compliance Officer / MLRO / DMLRO to join its busy team in Guernsey.

You will ensure that the company complies with all Guernsey regulatory and money laundering laws & legislation within the meanings defined within the GFSC’s Handbook.

Responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the MLRO or DMLRO of the Guernsey business
• Assisting the Head of Compliance with Board reporting
• Providing guidance on regulatory matters and training of staff /directors on regulatory requirements i.e AML/CFT
• Amend and update any policies, procedures, and controls when necessary

The successful candidate will be experienced  in MLRO , be capable of providing DMLRO cover and have a thorough understanding of the local fiduciary laws, rules, and regulations with a practical application of this framework to the business.
