Are you passionate about driving efficiency and optimising processes?

Our client is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager based in their Guernsey / Jersey office to lead strategic initiatives that enhance performance and productivity across their organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring the continuous improvement team, aligning efforts with business goals

  • Analysing and optimising workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies

  • Managing multiple improvement projects, tracking progress against KPIs

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement lasting, data-driven improvements

You’ll be someone with strong expertise in continuous improvement, Lean / Agile / Six Sigma and possess excellent project management and leadership abilities.
