Looking to make the step up to Managerial level with a highly respected Guernsey pension provider?  If so, we’d like to hear from you.

Our client is employee focused, conscious of balanced workloads and is currently looking to bring in support to work closely with the Manager and wider pensions team.

Reporting to the Pensions Manager, this position will give you the chance to continue developing your leadership / management skills whilst also undertaking client servicing work for high-profile pension fund clients. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering a portfolio of trusts, pension schemes and companies, playing a role in team leadership/management and development of staff and operations 
  • Interaction with other internal departments & external third parties
  • Signatory responsibilities & requirement to deputise for the pensions manager
  • Providing technical support to the team and wider business if needed

This is a well suited role to those with excellent leadership & team skills and a real desire to be part of the business and to play an integral role in the continued success of this company. 

You will ideally possess a strong defined pensions experience but the organisation will consider those coming from trust, legal or financial services backgrounds as full training and support will be provided.
