Out of town office with parking requires an adaptable team player for a Corporate Services Assistant Manager role!

You will be managing and administering a portfolio of complex client structures facilitating interesting and high value transactions/deals – including Real Estate, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions. 

Responsibilities include;

  • Liaising with lawyers, accountants, and other professionals as well as other offices in the group
  • Ensuring timely invoicing of fees and debt management of your portfolio as well as those of the team
  • Working with Manager/Directors and assisting on client matters.
  • Attendance and preparation for board meetings, application of governance and company secretarial knowledge. 

Our client is providing a platform for you to join their team, whether you have experience in a similar industry area OR another professional services background be it, accounting, trust or funds.

You would be well placed if you have knowledge of private equity, real estate or London listed companies  Any supervisory experience you can bring would be a welcome addition.
