We are working with a well-established and dynamic financial services firm to onboard a CRM/ Senior Client Relationship Manager to their Guernsey office. 

You will be responsible for managing and providing a high level of professional service to a varied portfolio of client relationships and attending generally to fund and corporate structures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing for and attending board meetings & drafting board meeting agenda, minutes and written resolutions
  • Assisting the company boards in ensuring good governance and adhering to operating procedures and internal policies 
  • Liaison with professional firms and dealing with Capital Calls and Distributions
  • Processing of documentation relating to investment transaction

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a Company Admin/Fund Admin or Company Secretarial role and be willing to study/be studying for an ICSA or equivalent.

You will have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, a good grasp of oral and written English and the ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines in a dynamic and proactive way.
