A dynamic, locally run bank is seeking a full time customer operations administrator in their Guernsey office

Responsibilities include: 

  • Onboarding new customers
  • Assisting with processing payments
  • Assisting customers with data changes
  • Assist with savings bonds as they mature

The ideal candidate will have good organisational skills, have great attention to detail and be highly accurate. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
