Are you an energetic and positive communicator with trust experience keen to provide an excellent client experience?

Our client – a trust, retirement and pension solutions provider – is looking for a customer service officer with finance industry experience to join their Client Operations Team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the Client Operations Team and other business functions and stakeholders to optimise workflow and standards to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure fees are posted for services rendered, complaints, errors and omissions are dealt with per company policy
  • Ensure record keeping on company systems are maintained and up to date
  • Contribute to staff training programmes, team meetings and contribute and manage departmental meetings.

You should have experience of working in and maintaining good client relationships and delivering good service, possess excellent communication skills at all levels and be able to work with, and positively influence and contribute to, the team.
