Firstcall is currently working with a highly reputable fiduciary services business, that is seeking to on-board a Trainee Employee Benefits Administrator to join their Guernsey office.

This role will see you undertaking administrative duties for various local and international pension schemes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining membership records & Calculating member’s benefits
  • Payment of pensions and other benefits/expenses
  • Acquisition and liquidation of assets
  • Bank account and unit reconciliations and liaising with clients, banks and investment managers

Full on the job training will be provided and there is the opportunity to pursue professional study. This is an excellent chance for recent school leavers to get their careers off to a sound start at a supportive company that will offer pathways for career advancement.
