Executive Director – Private Wealth

A well-established and highly regarded financial services organisation is seeking an Executive Director to join its senior leadership team in Guernsey. This is a strategic and operational role requiring governance expertise, deep fiduciary knowledge, and the ability to lead at Board level.

Take the lead in driving business strategy, managing risk, and overseeing complex client relationships within a values-led and growth-oriented firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a Board Member and authorised signatory for local and affiliated entities

• Managing a portfolio of fiduciary client relationships in line with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards

• Leading teams, departments, or functions with responsibility for business performance

• Driving business development by identifying opportunities and nurturing key relationships

You will have a minimum 10 years’ senior fiduciary experience, with existing or previous Board responsibility, hold a recognised professional qualification and meet regulatory requirements as a Principal Person. You will also demonstrate critical thinking, sound judgement, and the ability to lead with integrity
