Do you pride yourself on excelling in client services and relationship management? 

We have brand new opportunities for Account Managers to join an established team who are focused on high value global family office clients.

Working in a core division and team your role will include daily client interaction where you’ll manage all aspects of the fiduciary relationship and require personal and highly confidential account management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working in a collaborative manner with both internal & external parties in determining client needs and solutions
  • Building strong client relationships & proactively working with clients effectively to minimise risks and anticipate their needs in advance
  • Assisting with client service review meetings & preparing reports in conjunction with Relationship Manager in a prompt & timely manner
  • Maintaining all documentation and files as needed for each client & updating/coordinating all clients requests in a timely and effective manner

We have two positions available and these roles will be appropriate to both senior/experienced professionals and those with 2-3 years experience who are looking for a new role.

Demonstrable industry knowledge remains a core theme for both levels of hiring as well as having self motivation, interest in developing your knowledge and having experience of direct client interaction.

Relevant professional qualification paths include STEP and ICSA with this employer being fully supportive of your development and training.
