Do you have up to 3 years experience in financial services and have a excellent attention to detail?

We are working closely with a leading Guernsey financial services business who is looking to bring on a motivated team player to be their Fiduciary Services Officer

You will be assisting with the administration of trust and corporate structures  within established controls, guidelines and procedures. 

Responsibilities include

  • Assist with the opening of client bank accounts, processing transactions and inputting payments to on-line platforms.
  • Preparing written correspondence for client and drafting board minutes and resolutions for approval.
  • Preparation of statutory filings on the Guernsey Registry and other relevant Company Registries.
  • Maintenance of client records including updating database, filing and scanning, and collection and maintenance of Customer Due Diligence

The ideal candidate will hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification and have excellent computer skills.This is a varied role for a team player with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
