A brand new opportunity based in Jersey or Remotely in the UK.

We’re looking for a Finance Systems Manager to take the lead on optimising and supporting our clients core finance platform, Aderant. You’ll be central to driving improvements, leading upgrade projects (including a major cloud migration), and ensuring the finance team and wider business get the most from their systems.

This is a high-impact role that blends technical know-how, user training, and project delivery in a collaborative professional services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day support and performance of Aderant, acting as the key point of contact for all system queries

  • Lead upgrade and implementation projects, including the transition to Aderant’s AWS-hosted platform

  • Train users, create best practice guides, and ensure effective knowledge sharing across the firm

  • Support reporting, compliance, and data integrity to drive informed decision-making

You’ll need strong experience with Aderant, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools like SSRS or Power BI, plus a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
