On behalf of our client, a leading name in fund services, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Fund Administrator to join their Private Equity team in Jersey. This role is an excellent stepping stone for anyone looking to build a strong technical foundation and progress within the funds sector.

A great opportunity to develop specialist expertise in private equity fund administration while working closely with experienced professionals and a high-calibre client base.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering private equity funds, management companies and associated structures, acting as a key point of contact for clients and intermediaries.
  • Supporting company secretarial duties such as board pack preparation, meeting coordination and drafting minutes.
  • Maintaining accurate investor records on eFront, processing changes and managing investor calls and distributions.
  • Preparing payment instructions, supporting statutory filings, assisting with accounts distribution, and helping train trainee team members.

This role would suit someone friendly, organised and eager to learn. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills, confidence with systems, and the ability to build effective working relationships. A proactive mindset and a willingness to get involved in a wide range of tasks will help you thrive.
