Do you have financial services industry experience with an emphasis on fund administration?

Our client, a global advisory and administration services firm is looking for a Fund Administrator to join their Guernsey office.

Reporting to the Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the routine day-to-day administration of various fund structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and inputting payments for various fund expenses and assisting with Audit liaison
  • Responding to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Preparing and distributing client Board packs and offering support with billing client entities
  • Assisting with onboarding of new Investors including collection and review of due diligence

The successful candidate will be in pursuit of a relevant professional qualification and have experience and valuations knowledge gained from within the financial services sector. You will gain the chance to work on a range of funds including private equity and alternatives in a relaxed and supportive office environment
