Join a dynamic Guernsey team supporting a major client with a diverse investment portfolio across multiple fund products.

As a Fund Administrator / Senior Fund Administrator – Private Equity, you’ll be hands-on with investment transactions, cash management, and reporting, while working closely with advisors, investors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining investment records, processing transactions, and monitoring valuations
  • Performing daily cash management, bookkeeping, and reconciliations
  • Preparing reports for investors, finance, and senior stakeholders
  • Identifying process improvements and helping mitigate operational risks

You’ll bring experience in private equity or fund administration, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive, team-first attitude. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be something you’re good at.
