Are you looking to jump start your career within the Fund Administration space?

We are working with a  well respected international financial services company to onboard a Trainee Fund Services Administrator to their Guernsey office.

You will undertake fund administration of a portfolio of funds and investment companies, in accordance with the relevant Client Services Agreements and the various laws/regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with fund sponsors, investment advisers, brokers, bankers, auditors, property advisers, agents, lawyers etc
  • Providing support to other team members in respect of correspondence preparation and general administrative duties
  • Process payments using Fund Department checklists on a variety of external banking platforms
  • Providing support in the opening of bank accounts, statutory returns and other administration tasks

The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background and demonstrate good organisational and time management skills whilst providing a first-class client service

This is great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience while pursuing a professional qualification such as Certificate in Fund Administration or similar.
