Joining their Guernsey office as a Group Credit Control Administrator, you will play a critical role in assisting with the recovery of overdue debts and in the day to day running of the Credit Control department.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Running weekly debtor reports, reviewing credit control notes, reviewing / following up on cash under our control payments and playing an active role in managing and collecting debts
  • Following up, checking and passing credit notes on for processing and following up on payment plans when necessary
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries by both both phone and in writing and Trust teams when debt has reached 60 days
  • You will ensure any issues/risks or complaints are reported and dealt with promptly including reporting issues to management, highlighting any potential debtor problems.

This role will be ideal for a  recent ‘A’ level or University graduate with some experience of working within a Trust or internal accounting environment. You’ll have demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to excel under pressure with minimum supervision.
