Group Risk Analyst

Joining their Guernsey office, you’ll be collaborating across teams, analysing data, monitoring controls, and helping shape policies that keep the business resilient and forward-thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and embedding of the Group Risk Management Framework

• Analysing data, tracking risk events, and producing clear, actionable reporting

• Assisting with policy reviews, risk registers, and key risk indicator tracking

• Providing support for information security and business continuity activities

This role suits someone analytical and proactive, with a genuine interest in risk and strong organisational skills. Prior experience in risk or compliance is a plus, and support will be offered for further qualifications and development.
