We’re seeking a Head of AML Operations to lead a high-performing team, oversee compliance as a service, and play a key role in regulatory engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day AML operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leading the provision of Compliance as a Service to clients, including MLRO services.
• Overseeing performance management, identifying training needs, and setting standards for teams.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in client and investor engagement.

You should be a confident leader with extensive AML/compliance experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are proficient with workflow tools, and enjoy managing large-scale operations.
