Head of Guernsey Compliance & MLRO

Are you a senior compliance professional with deep expertise in Guernsey’s regulatory landscape? We’re looking for a Head of Guernsey Compliance & MLRO to lead the compliance function across our Guernsey-based legal and regulated entities, championing a culture of compliance and integrity.

As the go-to compliance lead on-island, you’ll have a high-impact role managing financial crime risks, advising senior leadership, and contributing to the global Risk & Compliance strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as MLRO and MLCO, leading all aspects of financial crime risk management and regulatory reporting
• Delivering strategic compliance guidance and monitoring to align with evolving Guernsey regulations
• Providing advisory support to the business on client risks, AML/CFT matters, and regulatory expectations
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the Guernsey compliance team, with scope for future growth
