Internal Auditor

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Newly Qualified Internal Auditor to join their growing Guernsey Advisory team.

As part of a people‑centred and collaborative organisation, you will deliver high‑quality reviews, support client relationships and play a key role within a developing advisory function.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading smaller audits and taking ownership of key areas within larger internal audit assignments.
• Planning engagements, including scoping, risk assessments and detailed testing programmes.
• Performing control testing, identifying gaps and recommending practical improvements.
• Drafting clear audit findings and contributing to high‑quality client reports.

You will be newly qualified with 1–3 years’ experience in internal audit, risk or controls assurance and have strong communication and report‑writing skills. Together with your confidence in managing tasks independently while working collaboratively with others you will have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to high-quality delivery.
