Junior CDD Analyst – Control & Testing

One of our key clients is seeking a motivated Junior CDD Analyst to join their Control & Testing function in their Guernsey Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem‑solving, working with data, and engaging with teams across multiple locations.

YOU ARE/HAVE

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong English and Maths abilities, with confidence communicating clearly and professionally.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and task‑management skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to ask questions and learn.
• Some CDD/KYC or office experience preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Understanding of CDD, SOW/SOF or previous exposure to financial services is beneficial but not essential.
