Our client, a well-established and growing financial services business is seeking a Junior Fund Administrator to join their Guernsey office.

You will be involved in the general administration and certain company secretarial functions of client entities, with supervision and plenty of guidance and training from senior staff members 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with client transactions and maintaining client records i.e. database, filing and scanning
  • Data Management System control and logging invoices / processing payment instructions to the payments team
  • Liaising with clients for payment call-backs and funding requirements
  • Meeting and greeting clients and preparing board room for client meetings

This role will suit an enthusiastic motivated team player who is deadline-focused and detail oriented with good prioritisation and multitasking skills.
