Firstcall are working with a financial services player that is looking to onboard a System Administrator, to join their Guernsey team. The specific level will be directly dependent on your experience.

You will be engaged in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the company’s IT operations, assisting staff with any system related challenges and creating / maintaining / upgrading IT systems when required.

Responsibilities will include:

  • You will be undertaking general administrative duties for the IT department
  • Promptly responding to and assisting staff with any system challenges, troubleshooting hardware / software errors and resolving any IT matters detected or escalating to the appropriate support team
  • Creating and running reports along with create / maintain / query internal company databases and external databases
  • You’ll provide support to Senior Administrator when needed and undertake any other additional duties as required

You will have a BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification, good knowledge of HTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript and have some experience of working in an office environment.
